I can’t help it. I like to have a hand in everything! But, that’s because I’m always looking at the end-to-end experience and every touchpoint in between.

My approach?

Listening to real people about real problems. Journalism taught me to explore and communicate the stories that connect us; design taught me how to bring them to life through practical and accessible experiences. I combine strategy with human-centered design principles, focusing on in-depth interviews, research, prototyping, product communication, and data-driven content launch strategies.
